Jorge L. Flores attended The Florida State University College of Law from 1987 until 1990. In 1989, as a third-year law student, Mr. Flores was certified by the Florida Supreme Court as an intern to work as an assistant state attorney in the Felonies Division of the Miami-Dade Office of the State Attorney, 11th Circuit, Miami, Florida. As an assistant state attorney, Mr. Flores gained invaluable trial experience, which he now uses in his personal injury practice. Also, it is significant to note that Mr. Flores also worked as an attorney for a top-rated insurance defense firm in Miami, where he learned first-hand how defense attorneys operate and how they defend personal injury cases. Beyond Mr. Flores’ training and experience as a personal injury and wrongful death lawyer, he has developed an amicable working relationship with most defense attorneys and their respective law firms as well as very healthy relationships with adjusters in the industry, both well founded on mutual respect and professionalism.
Now, Mr. Flores uses that knowledge, experience and personal relationships representing people and families who have sustained serious injuries, or even death, from automobile accidents, truck accidents, medical malpractice, slip and fall accidents, and injuries caused by the negligence of others.
